Leonardo takes in $127 million tenders in offer for 7 3/8%, 6¼% notes

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 18 – Leonardo SpA said that about $127 million of notes were tendered in its offer for any and all of the $168,936,000 of outstanding 7 3/8% guaranteed notes due 2039 and the $262,825,000 of outstanding 6¼% guaranteed notes due 2040 issued by Leonardo US Holding, Inc.

Specifically, $45.31 million of the 7 3/8% notes and $81,368,000 of the 6¼% notes were tendered by the expiration time at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 15.

The company said all notes tendered in the offer will be accepted for purchase.

As previously reported, Leonardo is offering $1,252.50 per $1,000 principal amount of the 7 3/8% notes and $1,152.20 per $1,000 principal amount of the 6¼% notes.

Leonardo will also pay accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date, which is expected to be Nov. 20.

There is no minimum tender condition, but the offer is subject to some other conditions.
