Healthpeak gives early results for tender of 4.25% notes due 2022

New York, June 23 – Healthpeak Properties Inc. said the amount of notes tendered in the cash offer for its 4.25% senior notes due 2022 was $264,517,000, exceeding the $250 million maximum tender amount, according to a news release.

There is $550 million principal amount of the notes outstanding.

The company planned to announce the amount of notes accepted for purchase, the proration rates and the pricing of the tender later Tuesday.

Pricing of the tender offer will be at a fixed spread over Treasuries of 95 basis points, and there is an early tender premium of $30 for holders who tendered their notes by the early deadline of 5 p.m. ET on June 22.

Since the tender offer for the notes was fully subscribed by the early tender time, Healthpeak will not accept any further notes.
