Singapore’s AIMS APAC REIT ends S$500 million note program

By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 28 – AIMS APAC REIT ended its S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program effective Feb. 28, according to an announcement.

There are no notes outstanding under the program, which was established July 25, 2012.

The appointments of Perpetual (Asia) Ltd. as trustee and Bank of New York Mellon, Singapore Branch, as issuing and paying agent and agent bank are also terminated.

The ending of the program does not affect the S$750 million multicurrency debt issuance program established by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd. in its capacity as trustee of AA REIT on Nov. 30, 2018, which still exists.

Formerly AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT, AIMS APAC owns industrial properties in Singapore and Australia.
