Casa Systems completes refinancing, extension of term loan B

Columbus, Ohio, June 15 – Casa Systems, Inc. consummated the transactions contemplated by a previously announced transaction support agreemen, thereby refinancing the company’s term loan B, according to a news release.

The transaction had participation of lenders of 97.8% or $218.8 million of existing term loan B debt in the new extended facility with scheduled maturity in December 2027, resulting in $178.8 million of debt and a $40 million paydown at closing.

The remaining 2.2% or $5 million of the existing term loan B is expected to be paid at maturity in December 2023.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA was the lead arranger for the refinancing and was represented by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Sidley Austin LLP served as legal counsel to the company in connection with the transactions.
