New Issue: QNB Finance sells IDR 345 million 6.9% notes due 2025 at par

New York, Jan. 21 – QNB Finance Ltd. has priced IDR 345 million of 6.9% notes due 2025, which are guaranteed by Qatar National Bank QPSC and payable in U.S. dollars.

The notes (expected ratings: Aa3/A) priced at par and will be issued on Jan. 23.

The proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is dealer of the Regulation S paper.

Ankara-based QNB Finansbank is a private commercial bank, which is nearly 100% owned by Qatar National Bank.
