Service Properties Trust to launch new loan on Thursday afternoon

New York, Oct. 16 – Service Properties Trust (Highway Ventures Borrower LLC) is set to hold a lender call at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday to launch a new loan to prospective lenders, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the lead bank on the deal.

Service Properties Trust is a Newton, Mass.-based real estate investment trust that owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties.
