S&P rates Solenis UK International

S&P said Solenis International LLC recently filed its financial reports under the name Solenis UK International Ltd.

S&P changed its outlook for Solenis International to negative, affirmed the B- rating and then withdrew the rating.

“There have been no changes in the company’s underlying business, capital structure, financial results as a result of this change in filing,” said S&P in a press release.

S&P assigned a B- rating to the company and affirmed its B- ratings on the company’s credit facility and first- and second-lien term loans.

The outlook is negative.
