Portland, Ore., June 24 – Kantar Summer Bidco B LLC talked its $400 million offering of five-year senior secured notes (B2/B-) to yield 5½% to 5¾%, according to market sources.

Official talk comes well inside of initial guidance in the low 6% area.

Books close at 4 p.m. ET Thursday, and the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal is set to price on Friday.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the left bookrunner. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities Inc., Barclays, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and Jefferies & Co. are joint bookrunners.

The notes are non-callable for two years.

Proceeds, together with proceeds from a concurrent term loan, a shareholder contribution and cash on hand, will be used to consummate the acquisition of Numerator.

Kantar is a London-based data analytics and brand consulting company.
