Fitch puts Hess Infrastructure on positive watch

Fitch Ratings said it placed the ratings for Hess Infrastructure Partners, LP’s on rating watch positive following the announcement Hess Midstream Partners LP will acquire the partnership.

When the deal closes, Hess Infrastructure’s bank debt will be repaid.
