Former FTD debtor records $1.18 million operating loss for October

Pittsburgh, Nov. 22 – GUE Liquidation, Inc., formerly FTD, Inc., reported Thursday that debtor GUE Liquidation Commerce, LLC had a $1.18 million operating loss and net loss for October on zero product and service revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In comparison, GUE Liquidation Commerce posted a $3.66 million operating loss for September on negative $46,000 in product and service revenue and a $3.47 million net loss.

The other GUE debtors all listed no operating income, net income or revenues for October or September.

The debtor had $19.45 million in cash and cash equivalents as of Oct. 31, up from $7.89 million at the end of September.

FTD is a floral wire service based in Downers Grove, Ill. The company filed bankruptcy on June 3 under Chapter 11 case number 19-11240.
