Advantage Sales plans new debt for buyout by Leonard Green and CVC

New York, June 16 – Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC has received a commitment for debt financing to help fund its acquisition by Leonard Green & Partners LP and CVC Capital Partners from Apax Partners, according to a news release.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the lead banks on the deal.

Closing is expected in the third quarter, subject to customary conditions.

Advantage Sales & Marketing is an Irvine, Calif.-based sales and marketing agency.
