Moody's assigns Baa1 to CK Hutchison Group notes

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 rating to the proposed senior unsecured euro and pound-denominated notes to be issued by CK Hutchison Group Telecom Finance SA.

The notes will be guaranteed by CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings Ltd., which is rated Baa1.

Proceeds will be used for refinancing and for general corporate purposes.
