S&P rates CK Hutchison Group Telecom notes A-

S&P said it assigned its A- long-term issue rating to a proposed offering of unsecured notes by CK Hutchison Group Telecom Finance SA, a special purpose financing vehicle wholly owned by CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings Ltd.

CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings, rated A-, will guarantee the notes.

Proceeds will be used mostly for refinancing debt.
