National Bank of Fujairah plans to offer five-year dollar perpetuals

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 24 – National Bank of Fujairah PJSC plans to offer benchmark-size dollar-denominated five-year fixed-rate perpetuals, according to a notice with the London Stock Exchange.

The stabilizing managers are Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan and Standard Chartered Bank. HSBC is the stabilization coordinator.

The stabilization period began Monday and will end on Oct. 31.

The issue may include a greenshoe for up to 5% of the issue size.

The bank is based in Dubai.
