S&P puts Advantage Sales on positive watch

S&P said it placed all of its ratings on Advantage Sales & Marketing Inc., including the B corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch with positive implications.

“The CreditWatch placement follows Advantage's indication that it has commenced preparations for a potential IPO, with net proceeds to be used for debt repayment,” said S&P credit analyst Katherine Heng in a news release.
