S&P rates Beijing Haiguo notes BBB

S&P said it assigned its BBB long-term issue rating to the proposed dollar-denominated senior notes that Beijing Haiguo Xintai Investment Holding Center will guarantee.

Haiguo Xintai Capital Ltd., a special purpose financing vehicle of Beijing HGXT, will sell the notes.

Proceeds will be used by Beijing Haiguo for working capital as well as for onshore project development and refinancing.

Beijing Haiguo is rated BBB by S&P.
