Moody’s gives Baa2 to Kerry notes

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa2 senior unsecured rating to Kerry Financial Services’ proposed senior notes.

Kerry Financial Services is a subsidiary of Kerry Group plc, which is rated Baa2.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying debt and funding acquisitions.

The outlook is stable.
