Hollister Construction to receive $185,000 under transfer settlement

Pittsburgh, July 23 – Hollister Construction Services, LLC requested court approval of a $200,000 settlement reached with Orion Interiors, Inc., according to a motion filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Hollister said it filed a lawsuit against Orion on Nov. 6, 2019 seeking to recover $2.08 million in pre-bankruptcy preference transfers.

The motion said SM Law, PC will take $15,000 of the settlement amount, resulting in a $185,000 payment being made to Hollister by Orion.

A hearing is scheduled for Aug. 20.

Hollister is a Parsippany, N.J.-based construction company. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 11, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-27439.
