Olympia, Wash., March 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due May 13, 2020 linked to the Brent Crude Oil Futures, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the commodity finishes at or above its 71% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the commodity
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
