New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.73 million market linked notes on commodity basket

Buffalo, N.Y., May 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.73 million of 0% market linked notes due July 12, 2024 linked to the performance of an equally-weighted basket of eight commodities, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of West Texas Intermediate light sweet crude oil futures contracts, Brent crude oil, natural gas futures, corn, soybeans, wheat, copper and zinc.

If the basket finishes positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the basket gain.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
