Olympia, Wash., Sept. 17 – Kansai Electric Power Co. Inc. sold $500 million of 2.55% bonds due 2024 (A3), according to a notice.
The lead managers and bookrunners were Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Nomura International plc, Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. and Citigroup Global Markets Ltd.
Listing for the Regulation S notes is expected for Sept. 18.
The electric utility is based in Osaka, Japan.
