Los Angeles, Sept. 27 – Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park Construction Co., Ltd. issue $500 million of 4.3% notes due 2024 (//BBB) on Thursday, according to a notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., BOCI Asia Ltd., ICBC International Securities Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Singapore Branch, SPDB International Capital Ltd., Bank of China Ltd., Singapore Branch, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. HongKong Branch, Bocom International Securities Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., China Construction Bank Corp., Singapore Branch, CCB International Capital Ltd., CEB International Capital Corp. Ltd., China Citic Bank International Ltd. and CMB International Capital Ltd. are bookrunners.

The issuer provides infrastructure management services and is based in Chongqing, China.
