Chicago, Sept. 6 – Air Liquide Finance priced $500 million of 2.25% 10-year notes (A3/A-) to yield 2.362% on Friday, according to a company news release.
The notes are guaranteed by L’Air Liquide SA.
Proceeds will be used to refinance a dollar-denominated bond maturing in September.
This transaction brings the company’s debt to €13.2 billion, with an average maturity of six years.
Air Liquide is a Paris-based multinational company that supplies industrial gasses and services to industries, including medical, chemical and electronic manufacturers.
