Bank of Sharjah to offer dollar-denominated benchmark senior notes

Chicago, March 8 – Bank of Sharjah PJSC is planning a benchmark dollar-denominated offering of senior notes, according to a notice.

The tenor will be five years.

The issuer will be BoS Funding Ltd.

Bookrunners include J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Bank ABC, Credit Agricole CIB, Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Mahreq.

The bank is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
