S&P gives Smurfit Kappa notes BB+

S&P said it rated Smurfit Kappa Treasury Unlimited Co.’s proposed €500 million of senior unsecured notes due 2027 BB+ with a recover rating of 3.

Proceeds will be used to repay €250 million of notes due 2020 and another €250 million of notes due 2021.
