Buffalo, N.Y., July 21 – China Jinmao Holdings Group Ltd.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Jinmao Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., completed issuing RMB 2.5 billion of 3.53% three-year notes to qualified investors, according to a company announcement on Friday.
Dubbed the second tranche of medium-term notes for 2023, the three-year notes mark the fourth offering by the company to date.
Proceeds will be used to replenish the parent company’s working capital, which had been used to repay matured notes.
China Jinmao is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company focused on real estate development in mainland China.
