Fitch puts Jumo Urban on watch

Fitch Ratings said it placed its BBB- ratings for Qingdao Jimo District Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd. and its senior unsecured notes on rating watch negative.

“The RWN reflects the weakening in Fitch's perception of Jimo district's ability to provide subsidies, grants and other legitimate resources allowed under China's policies and regulations to the company,” the agency said in a statement.
