Singapore's Breadtalk sets up S$250 million multicurrency MTN program

Madison, Wis., May 7 - Breadtalk Group Ltd. established a S$250 million multicurrency medium-term note program on Wednesday, according to a company announcement.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. are the arrangers and dealers of the program.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings and financing capital expenditure and general working capital.

Breadtalk is a Singapore-based bakery that operates a chain of retail outlets throughout Southeast Asia and in the Middle East.
