Omnia Bonds II adjourns meetings for notes due 2022, 2023

Chicago, Sept. 25 – Omnia Bonds II plc held meetings on Sept. 21 that failed to meet the quorum requirements and the company announced that the meetings will be adjourned to October, according to multiple notices.

The meetings relate to the company’s €250 million of series 2018-F2 6½% secured notes due 2023 (ISIN: GB00BFM7CV87) and the €250 million of series 2017-F1 7¼% secured notes due 2022 (ISIN: GB00BF1SSQ94).

An event of default was declared previously for each series of notes when the issuer repeatedly failed to make interest payments on the notes.

The adjourned meetings to consider an extraordinary resolution will be held on Oct. 17, starting at 7 a.m. ET, via video conference.

A quorum in this case means that holders representing at least half of the notes need to be represented.

Proxies may be appointed.

The trustee is Truva Trust Corp. plc (info@truvacorp.com).

The issuer is also able to answer questions (dealing@omnia-bonds.com).

The issuer is a London-based investment holding company.
