China’s Zhongliang buys back $3 million more 11˝% notes due 2021

Concord, N.H., July 30 – Zhongliang Holdings Group Co. Ltd. conducted further buybacks of its 11˝% senior notes due September 2021, according to a company announcement.

The company repurchased $3 million of the 11˝% notes in the open market on July 29, representing about 0.75% of the aggregate principal amount of the notes originally issued.

The repurchase followed a $6 million repurchase of the September 2021 notes on Monday and Tuesday.

Subject to the discretion of the company’s board, the repurchased notes may or may not be canceled.

Zhongliang is a residential property management company based in Shanghai.
