S&P rates ASR Media notes

S&P said it rated ASR Media and Sponsorship SpA’s €275 million of senior secured notes BB-, citing its opinion on the company’s ability to service the debt combined with its appraisal of the creditworthiness of ASR’s parent.

Proceeds will be used to refinance an existing loan, fund the debt service account and distribute the remainder to ASR’s parent, football club A.S. Roma.

The outlook is stable.
