Italy’s A.S. Roma to sell €275 million five-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., July 29 – A.S. Roma SpA and its subsidiary, ASR Media and Sponsorship SpA, began meetings with fixed income investors on Monday for a €275 million offering of senior secured notes due 2024 (BB-), according to a market source.

The Rome-based professional soccer team plans to use the proceeds to repay the existing debt of ARS Media and Sponsorship and to provide the company with financial resources for is business.
