Chicago, Aug. 1 – China Great Wall International Holdings IV Ltd. priced $600 million in two tranches, according to a press release.
The first tranche is for $400 million 3.95% unsubordinated guaranteed perpetual securities.
The second tranche is comprised of $200 million 3 1/8% guaranteed bonds due 2024.
Both notes are guaranteed by China Great Wall AMC (International) Holdings Co. Ltd.
Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of Communications, CCB International, ICBC (Asia) and Morgan Stanley served as joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, Citigroup, CMB International, Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd., Haitong International, HSBC, Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., ICBC International, J.P. Morgan, Nomura and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch were also joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
Proceeds will be used for refinancing existing debt.
China Great Wall AMC is a 97% government-owned asset management company with a focus on distressed asset management.
