Moody’s shifts Claros view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised Claros Mortgage Trust’s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its Ba3 ratings.

The revision was based on the company's performance during the coronavirus pandemic-induced commercial real estate downturn, and its expectations that asset quality will improve and capitalization will remain strong over the next 12-18 months, Moody’s said.
