Vivion marketing €500 million five-year notes on roadshow

Portland, Ore., July 22 – Vivion Capital Partners SA began a brief roadshow for a €500 million offering of five-year notes, according to market sources.

The roadshow is set to wrap upon Wednesday.

JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs are leading the deal.

The prospective issuer is a real estate investment trust registered in Luxembourg.
