Intrum mulls €300 million notes offering; investor calls start Monday

Portland, Ore., Dec. 2 – Intrum AB announced in a Friday press release that it has arranged meetings with fixed income investors beginning Monday.

A €300 million 5.25-year senior unsecured bond offering would follow, subject to market conditions, the release stated.

The bonds would come with two years of call protection.

The Stockholm-based credit management company plans to use the proceeds to help refinance its 3 1/8% senior notes due 2024.
