Hong Kong’s New World Development plans to offer new dollar notes

Chicago, June 8 – New World Development Co. Ltd. announced that NWD (MTN) Ltd. will be offering dollar-denominated guaranteed notes and NWD Finance (BVI) Ltd. is preparing to offer new dollar-denominated senior perpetual capital securities.

Both issues will be guaranteed by New World Development.

New World Development is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate.
