New Issue: Kazakhstan’s Housing Construction sells KZT 20 billion 10.27% seven-year bonds

Los Angeles, July 17 – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan sold KZT 20 billion of 10.27% seven-year bonds at a special trading session held on Wednesday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.

Pricing details were not disclosed.

The amount placed represents 100% of the company’s planned issuance.

The Almaty, Kazakhstan-based bank has registered to issue up to KZT 40 billion of the bonds.
