Aquestive Therapeutics to redeem $3.8 million 12.5% notes

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 7 – Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. will redeem $3,765,000 of its outstanding 12.5% senior secured notes due 2025, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Jan. 3 at a redemption price calculated pursuant to the formula in the notes’ indenture plus accrued interest.

U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

The specialty pharmaceutical company is based in Warren, N.J.
