Voyager Aviation will not have committee appointed at this time

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 15 – Voyager Aviation Holdings, LLC will not have an official committee of unsecured creditors appointed at this time, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Region 2 U.S. trustee William K. Harrington said there has not been enough willingness from creditors to serve on a committee.

The Stamford, Conn.-based aviation investment firm and commercial aircraft leasing company filed bankruptcy on July 27 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11177.
