New Issue: Singapore’s Thomson Medical prices S$225 million three-year notes at par to yield 4.8%

Columbus, Ohio, July 11 – Thomson Medical Group Ltd. priced S$225 million of three-year notes at par to yield 4.8%, according to a Thursday Singapore Stock Exchange notice.

DBS Bank Ltd., Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd. and Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. were the lead managers and bookrunners.

The series 001 notes were issued under the company’s S$500 million multi-currency debt program.

Proceeds will be used to refinance loan debt.

Based in Singapore, the private hospital specializes in gynecology and in vitro fertilization.
