By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., April 21 – Thomson Medical Group Ltd. increased the limit of its 2019-established multicurrency debt issuance program to S$1 billion from S$500 million, according to an announcement on Friday.

No other updates, such as expiration date, were disclosed in connection with the program increase.

DBS Bank Ltd. is the sole arranger and dealer for the amended program.

Proceeds derived from program offerings will be used for general corporate purposes of the issuer and its subsidiaries, including refinancing of borrowings, financing potential acquisitions, strategic expansions, general working capital, capital expenditure and other investments or any other purposes specified in the relevant pricing supplement.

Application has been made to the Singapore Exchange to list the amended program.

Based in Singapore, the private hospital specializes in gynecology and in vitro fertilization.
