Hahnemann University Hospital unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, July 15 – An official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Monday for Center City Healthcare, LLC’s Chapter 11 case, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Center City does business as Hahnemann University Hospital.

The committee members appointed by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara are Tom Arnst of Revenue Cycle Solutions, LLC of Dallas; Shane Reed of Medline Industries, Inc. of Northfield, Ill.; Tom Herlihy of Veolia Energy Philadelphia, Inc. of Philadelphia; Bob Zbylicki of Medtronic USA, Inc. of Columbia Heights, Minn.; Stacy Hall of Crothall Healthcare, Inc. of Wayne, Pa.; Donald Damico of Global Neurosciences Institute, LLC of Lawrenceville, N.J.; and Nick Alpers of Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals, based in Conshohocken, Pa.

Center City is a Philadelphia-based hospital operator. The company filed bankruptcy on June 30 under Chapter 11 case number 19-11466.
