Blackjewel combined plan, statement hearing scheduled for Dec. 17

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 19 – Blackjewel, LLC’s Chapter 11 plan of liquidation and related disclosure statement hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 17, according to a noticed filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Blackjewel is a Milton, W.Va.-based coal producer. The company filed bankruptcy on July 1, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-30289.
