New Issue: RBC prices $1.02 million buffered enhanced return notes on stock basket

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 2 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $1.02 million of 0% buffered enhanced return notes due Jan. 7, 2025 linked to an equally weighted basket of the stocks of Boeing Co., L3Harris Technologies, Inc. and RTX Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 18.6%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines.
