Moody's cuts Brasil Telecom notes to Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded Brasil Telecom SA's $200 million 9 3/8% structured notes due 2014 to Ba1 from Baa3 following the downgrade of the global currency issuer rating of Brasil Telecom SA to Ba1 from Baa3. This concludes the review begun in April.
