Moody’s raises Agrarian Credit

Moody’s Investors Service said it raised Agrarian Credit Corp. JSC’s issuer rating to Baa3 from Ba1.

“The upgrade of ACC's long-term ratings to Baa3 from Ba1 reflects improvements of its financial performance, which also resulted in the upgrade of its standalone assessment to b1 from b2. The ratings continue to incorporate four notches of rating uplift from Moody's assumptions of a very high level of affiliate support from its parent, Baiterek,” the agency said in a press release.

The outlook is positive.
