New Issue: China’s Guangsha sells $250 million add-on to 8½% senior notes 2020

Columbus, Ohio, June 18 – Guangsha Holding Group Co., Ltd. issued a $250 million add-on to its 8½% senior notes due 2020, according to a notice of listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the $60 million of the notes issued on Nov. 26, 2018.

The joint global coordinator bookrunner and lead arranger was CMB International Capital Ltd.

Hangzhou, China-based Guangsha Holding engages in the businesses of construction, real estate, energy, finance, manufacture, education, health care, media, hotels and tourism.
