New Issue: China’s Kunming Traffic sells $300 million of 6.2% notes due 2020

Olympia, Wash., June 27 – Kunming Traffic Investment Co., Ltd. sold $300 million of 6.2% notes due 2020 under its $2 billion medium-term note program, according to a Stock Exchange of Hong Kong listing notice.

Standard Chartered Bank and ABC International are the arrangers and joint lead managers.

Listing is expected to become effective Friday.

The infrastructure construction services company operates in the Kunming district of China.
