China’s Kunming Traffic arranges $2 billion medium-term note program

Olympia, Wash., June 17 – Kunming Traffic Investment Co., Ltd. announced a $2 billion medium-term note program, according to a Stock Exchange of Hong Kong listing notice.

Standard Chartered Bank and ABC International are the arrangers and joint lead managers.

The listing is expected to become effective Tuesday.

The infrastructure construction services company operates in the Kunming district of China.
